How the calendar works

Sources & methodology

EarningsView brings upcoming earnings schedules together so you can see what the sources report, where they agree, and what still needs checking.

Four sources, side by side

The calendar collects earnings schedules from TradingView, Yahoo Finance, Benzinga, and Nasdaq. The combined view groups listings by ticker and date. You can also select a single source to inspect its listings.

The number of agreeing sources counts distinct providers listing that date. Repeated listings from one provider do not add another source. Agreement is useful context, but it does not establish that a company has officially confirmed its schedule. Providers may also share upstream data.

Agreement on a date is not agreement on a time

A provider can list the same earnings date as another provider but a different reporting session. Company pages show each provider’s before-market, after-market, or unspecified session separately. The combined calendar uses the most common specified session for each ticker and date, with TradingView taking precedence in a tie. If providers list different dates, those dates remain visible instead of being reduced to a single confirmed answer.

Our session labels describe when a source expects the earnings release. An earnings release and a conference call are separate events; a call time should not be treated as a release time. For an issuer-confirmed schedule, check the company's investor relations announcement.

Coverage and freshness

Collection is scheduled roughly every three hours for the current and following week. Pages can also serve cached data for up to an hour. Collection failures or source delays can leave older observations visible, so an observation timestamp matters more than the time you opened the page.

On company pages, coverage dates describe the calendar window requested from each source. An observation timestamp records when EarningsView collected that listing; it is not the time the company announced it. A refresh attempt and a successful observation are different events.

If no upcoming date is available in that window, we say so. This does not mean the company has no future earnings release. We do not extrapolate a date from a previous quarter.

Past observations

Company pages retain past schedules collected by EarningsView. These are records of what providers listed, not a complete earnings history or evidence that an event occurred on that date. They do not contain reported revenue, earnings per share, or other financial results.
